About me and my practice

I value the therapeutic relationship in the sense that I believe our rapport to be key to the work. I am committed to offering you a genuine, authentic and confidential space where we can work together, and in which you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings. I will work with you at your own pace, in a warm and non-judgmental way.

I have worked with clients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, genders, ages and issues and I merge different therapeutic approaches in relation to your needs. I offer short and long-term counselling to support you with understanding your experience and explore the challenges you are facing.

Experience

Experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, loss, eating disorder, co-dependency, addiction, boarding school syndrome, LGBTQIA+ clients, disabilities, relationship problems and others.

Qualifications

CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
CPCAB Level 6 Diploma in Clinical Supervision - Ongoing
Trained in Couples Counselling
